We are hiring a motivated Buyer to manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material availability to support ongoing production demands. This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time potential. Key Responsibilities
Issue and track purchase orders to suppliers. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shortages or delays. Evaluate supplier performance and cost competitiveness. Maintain ERP data accuracy (lead times, pricing, min/max). Coordinate with planning, receiving, and accounting to resolve issues. Support audits, supplier scorecards, and corrective actions when required. Qualifications
3+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. ERP experience required (e.g., Epicor, Netsuite, JobBOSS, SAP). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards a plus.
