Position Summary

We are looking for a Document Coordinator to support the Engineering Team Leader with administrative tasks and documentation management.
Reporting To Engineering Team Leader.
Functions And Responsibilities
Basic Infor XA skills to support job responsibilities
Basic MS Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Basic math skills – able to leverage these skills to ensure high quality BOMs and routers
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to proof‑read and understand simple to moderate complexity technical writing
Highly accurate
Process oriented – follows company procedures to accomplish all job functions
Highly organized with ability to independently reprioritize based on business objectives
Capable of collaborating and working positively with a wide array of skill sets and personalities across the organization
Dependable
Education, Skills, And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Some manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Competitive Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $20.52/hr to $34.2/hr
