We are seeking a production coordinator to join our LA team who values design excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for creating pieces that stand the test of time. Specific Responsibilities
would include pre-production, sourcing raw materials, manufacturing, order placement, pricing, and quality control, ensuring finished goods meet standards while supporting profitability. Pre-Production
Track all Pre-Production phases including design handover, fit samples, PP samples deadlines, and TOPs. Manage and maintain Pre-Production WIP report by ensuring all vendors are sending weekly updates. Daily communication with Imports factories to ensure all T&A calendars are updated and met. Close monitoring of fit approval dates and documentation of potential delivery risks. Maintain folders to track vendor bulk production submissions including Strike Offs, Bulk Fabric, Lab Dips, Skins. PO Management
Update Production Delay Log and communicate to cross-functional teams. Push all costing from IBT to SAP; ensure data from cost log, IBT, and SAP always match. Maintain Consolidated Buy files. Support role—work with manager to send out size breaks. Delivery Tracking
Ensure non-Asia vendors book vessels/air on time and hand over goods on time. Deliver tracking and maintenance of On-Order Report with Production comments. Open Units to be cleaned up on time to avoid discrepancies in financial reports. Manage vendor-send shipping docs for DDP and AIR shipments. Departmental Weekly Deliverables
Partner with Production teammates to meet weekly deliverables and support new initiatives. Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, and volume. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to follow through with task completion. Ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills.
