Training and Support

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.

Four‑year college degree preferred but not required.

Will be guided through state license acquisition and SIE testing prior to onboarding. Sponsorship is provided for FINRA Series 7 and 66 registration, which must be passed before onboarding.

Results‑driven, highly motivated, self‑starter with integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help clients plan and protect their financial futures.

Team‑player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high self‑confidence.

Able to leverage experience and acquaintances to develop markets and maintain long‑term relationships.

Compensation and Benefits Entry‑level professionals begin in the Preliminary Employment Program (“PEP”) after obtaining required licenses and registrations, with a sign‑on payment ranging from $250–$1,000. During PEP you may earn 100 % of commissions generated, subject to company commission schedules. The PEP lasts a maximum of 120 days to meet program requirements. After the first 90 days, you will be eligible for medical insurance through a company‑sponsored Health Plan at your sole expense.

Upon successful completion of PEP, you become a 20th‑Edition Financial Professional. You may choose a compensation structure of full commission plus a 30 % bonus on eligible first‑year commissions, or an annual base salary of $24,000 with reduced commission. Commission calculations follow the company’s schedules. In 2021, the average earnings of a new Financial Professional in their first full year after PEP was $62,000, with top quartile earners reaching $135,000.

As a 20th‑Edition Financial Professional, you benefit from a comprehensive plan: health, dental, and vision insurance (company‑subsidized rates), 401(k) plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), short‑ and long‑term disability programs, basic group life insurance, and transportation reimbursement incentive program (“TRIP”).
