Job Overview The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator is to prepare the machines to be set up for the next work order by gathering the documentation, tooling, and gauges. They will then stage the items for the setup operator. This position will be responsible for performing the role of the Water Spider by moving material through the production process as well as performing secondary operations as time allows.

Responsibilities – Setup Assistance

Pre-setup tasks

Review factory order and pull print, tool sheet, layout sheet, fab sheet, setup checklist, and tooling drawings as needed.

Obtain QIP, make copies of routers by lot and prints

Gather gauges and tool kits. Stage at machine

Post setup tasks

Put away tool kits and gauges

Responsibilities – Water Spider

Use SAP to transfer materials on production orders.

Read, understand, and apply all the applicable information contained in the job packet.

Deliver and stage raw materials, components, and work in process to work centers.

Maintain proper labeling and weights of raw materials.

Deliver components and work in process to the Shipping department as needed.

Participate in campus safety programs as required to include adhering to all EH&S policies and procedures.

Participate in lean manufacturing activities on an as needed basis.

Ensure proper cleanliness of equipment and immediate area in accordance with company housekeeping, safety, environmental, and TEOA guidelines.

Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Perform tasks as specified per standard work for pull system.

Responsibilities – Production Floor Support

Keep records of production quantities and time.

Maintain DMS boards i.e.: Hour-by-Hour board.

Work safely with small hand tools and measuring equipment.

Maintain a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Works under minimal supervision and acts independently.

Provides guidance and training to others.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Due to ITAR restrictions, US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required for this position.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 to 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Use independent judgement and basic problem‑solving skills to accomplish tasks.

Follow both written and verbal instructions, with a high attention to detail.

Flexibility to work overtime to meet company demands.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work in a confined space.

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: 37,100 – 55,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
