Food Expeditor – El Torito, Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) Compensation
Pay: $16.90–$20.00 per hour plus tips. Part‑time schedule. Responsibility Overview
Food Expeditors coordinate food transfer from kitchen to service staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and presented orders. Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver dishes to tables and servers, maintaining kitchen flow. Assist front‑service staff with order preparation and coordination. Prepare condiments, side dishes and verify product temperatures. Communicate with kitchen and service staff about order status. Ensure plates meet customer specifications. Qualifications & Skills
Organized and able to multitask during busy periods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Assertive communication to alert coworkers to needs. Capable of standing, walking long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Working Conditions
Indoor/outdoor environment; exposure to heat, cold, steam, wet floors. Ambient noise, crowds, smoke; high‑volume full‑service restaurant. Shift work including days, nights, weekends, holidays. Physical Requirements
Walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, use hands for tasks. Reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel or crawl as necessary. Disclaimer
