This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician based in Alexandria, VA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, addressing repair needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing preventive maintenance tasks. The position requires maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure their efficient and safe operation, while promptly responding to maintenance requests and issues. Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair Expertise in Industrial Maintenance procedures and techniques Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift and operate equipment as required High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus Prior experience in facility or property maintenance is preferred Seniority level
