Responsibilities
Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the Contracted effort.
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
Manage acquisition and employment of program and project resources.
Requirements
US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred.
MA/MS degree in a Business or other relevant Business-Related Discipline.
Ten (10) years' experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
Three (3) years of experience in SAP/Navy ERP.
Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.
Knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series.
Ability to work with large and diverse teams.
Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
