NOTICE:
SpecialtyRx is seeking a Client Services Manager located in the surrounding areas of Omaha, Nebraska. The Client Services Manager will service and oversee the relationship with our long term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Omaha, Nebraska under general supervision of the Director of Client Services in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
Responsibilities
Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
Ability to relate to client needs.
Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed
