Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
Financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment case preparation.
Coordination with external advisors (investment banks, legal, commercial, financial advisors).
Commercial and strategic analysis of potential targets and markets.
Preparation of materials for internal investment committees and senior management.
Ad‑hoc strategic and corporate development projects.
Candidate Profile
2‑5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or similar.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Experience working on completed or live M&A transactions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in German required.
