Responsibilities This position is responsible for the coordination of a variety of projects, initiatives and specialized program activities with minimal oversight and independent judgement. Supports the PCSC by monitoring project progress; assist department leadership and project staff members with ongoing organizational requirements and ensuring the timely resolution of customer, provider, and inter-departmental requests.

Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project support, including researching, editing, assimilating data, preparing charts and graphs, and drafting of communications, reports, and preparing presentations.

Utilizing Clarabridge, Tableau, and other data tools or sources to get insights that will be used to improve processes related to access and other member, patient, and provider experience.

Research and respond to requests for information from internal and external sources using independent judgement.

Serve as a liaison with senior leaders, PCSC, and other departments as needed to resolve issues related to member, patient or provider experience.

Gather data, research and draft special projects, memos, correspondence, and data compilation, scrub reports and provide metrics.

Provide weekly project support in the management of the work plans and oversee team progress ensuring accountability for their assignments and deliverables.

Carry out project-related administration, such as scheduling tasks and producing/filing general documentation.

Attend multi-stakeholder meetings independently, represent the departments interests in meetings, and make appropriate recommendations. Meet with stakeholders independently, identify tasks, action items and next steps and carry out those activities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in related field; three years of related experience can be substituted in lieu of degree; *Minimum 3 years of previous leadership experience preferably in a Call Center/Contact Center management environment

Effective leadership and analytical skills including working knowledge of financial statement analysis, staffing models, scheduling, access and telecom opportunities

Ability to think and plan strategically with a willingness to pursue innovative solutions

Strong relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage group and interpersonal conflict situations

Proven negotiation, interpersonal, written and oral communications skills

Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
