Leggett & Platt Flooring Products is searching for a Territory Manager to join our collaborative, innovative, and close-knit Southeast Region sales team. This position will support Louisiana, Mississippi and Northeast Texas servicing existing customers as well as new prospective customers.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, self-motivated, and strategic in their approach to servicing long-term customers and researching, qualifying, and developing prospective customers in the market. This person will be responsible for executing a sales strategy and reporting progress to management.

What will you be doing as a Territory Manager?

Expanding sales

Assisting customers with product knowledge and training

Representing products at trade shows and other similar functions

Collaborating with our manufacturing facilities

Supporting the customer service team

Managing account pricing

Resolving account and credit issues

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need

High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of successful sales experience (outside sales preferred)

A bachelor’s degree if there is no direct sales experience, preferably a bachelor’s in a business‑related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power BI.

Overnight travel as needed.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience in flooring industry
