Key Responsibilities

Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).

Ensure the telephone is answered in accordance with company policy.

Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.

Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedures and using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.

Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously; issue refunds accurately and ensure returned merchandise is staged properly.

Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.

Communicate Zipline messages; complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks as delegated.

Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule, manage approvals of changes, and clock in/out per policy.

Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money/deposit verification, bank deposits, security alarm management, and vehicle lock-down.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong communication skills; ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
