Position Details Contract to Hire Mid‑Senior level
Compensation Base salary $150,000 to $180,000 per year. Future increases based on performance. Job package includes profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits.
Responsibilities
Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.
Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration.
Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.
Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment.
Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session (RPS).
Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
Excellent communicator, able to present design rationale to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
