Overview AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as a Production Optimization Lead in our production department. In this role, you will facilitate product quality, optimize operational efficiency, and support the production team to ensure daily goals are achieved. This position reports to the AMSOIL center located in Superior, Wisconsin.

Core Responsibilities

Optimize product quality by working with operators, quality assurance, and procurement to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) metrics

Perform initial approval inspections on all packaging runs to ensure use of proper product, package, and labels

Coordinate proper handling, disposal, and tracking of all process generated recyclable components

Create, close, and manage work orders

Work closely with compliance, sales, and technical departments to ensure product label accuracy and compliance

Lead housekeeping and safety audits of production area

Position Requirements

At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience

Experience operating a forklift or ability to learn

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skilled in Microsoft Office programs

Exceptional organization skills with a keen attention to detail

Ability to read specifications from manufacturing drawings

Available to work 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Friday
