Lead the development and execution of comprehensive employer marketing programs to attract top talent.
Assess existing and potential markets to identify opportunities for growth and brand enhancement.
Define and implement promotional activities and campaigns across multiple channels to maximize outreach and engagement.
Support Talent Acquisition efforts through targeted advertising and strategic promotional initiatives.
Oversee the creation and refinement of employer branding strategies tailored to specific roles and hiring ramps.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on employer branding or related fields.
Strong strategic planning and campaign management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
