CPA Tax Prep - Part to full time

Looking for a CPA, likely a younger mom (or dad) who wants to be home with the kids, but also keep hand in professional world of tax preparation. I am a sole proprietor who wants to scale back to be with grandchildren. You would be able to keep 50% of whatever is billed to the client, with an option to fully transition client load at some point in the future, if desired. My client base is primarily small business owners' business and personal tax preparation and consulting. Ideal candidate has 3-5 years tax preparation experience, with personal returns that have either Schedule C or S Corp/partnership K-1's, along with typical schedules A, B, C, D, E, forms 1116, 4562, etc. Candidate can do much of the work from home, with some review and training in the office located in Lakewood, CO. Candidate must be experienced with tax preparation software, and review of typical documents related to 1040, 1120S, 1120 and 1065 forms. 3-5 years personal and business tax preparation
