The duties of the Builder Support Representative include but are not limited to the following:
Maintaining builder relationships. Assist Sales Managers in any aspect of the daily duties. Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns. Maintain all aspects of customer PO’s. Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete. Make sure all service paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure that Service tickets can be completed in a timely manner. Make sure completed orders stay current and are correct Make sure billing is correct and turned in each day Make sure all newly released orders are entered into the ERP system each day Must know excel, outlook, and can learn PowerPoint. The Builder Support Representative reports to the following:
