Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm This is a temp-to-hire position.
Our client is seeking an experienced
CDL A Truck Driver
to join their team. This position involves operating a manual transmission semi‑truck to transport materials and products safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety record, solid driving experience with manual transmissions, and the ability to perform basic loading, unloading, and inspection tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a CDL A semi‑truck with a manual transmission
Transport materials and finished goods to local and regional destinations
Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and inspection records
Secure loads safely in compliance with company and DOT regulations
Assist with loading and unloading as needed
Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws at all times
Perform miscellaneous landscaping, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks using hand and power tools
Conduct daily inspections to ensure site safety, cleanliness, and organization
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL license required
Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
Must be able to operate a manual transmission (no restrictions)
Clean driving record (no recent accidents or major violations)
