Provide emotional support and companionship to identified members
Active listening and conversation
Engage members in ongoing social interaction, activities, or movement
Games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading aloud, watching TV/movies together
Spend time with the member for the duration of the shift
Alert nurses when the individual needs help or clinical intervention
Adhere to the facility's policies and standards
