Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an Afternoon/Evening Kitchen Team Member who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community. As a Kitchen Team Member you will work with a dynamic team to create a unique menu of scratch‑baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches using honest, whole ingredients.
Responsibilities
"Can do" attitude – work quickly and confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification.
Understand how to multitask – learn from mistakes and look for opportunities to help other departments before being asked.
Qualifications
Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards.
Flexible schedule – shifts vary week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year.
