Compensation Hourly: $18.00 + depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities while maintaining a safe environment.
Work directly with children and parents, providing quality customer service.
Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
Maintain class ratios and ensure resources for classroom success.
Communicate children's progress and achievements to parents through mobile apps and discussions.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
At least Step 6 in Oregon Registration (ORO).
Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
1–2 years of prior experience preferred.
Completed state‑required pre‑service training.
Excellent interpersonal skills with children, parents, and faculty.
Ability to manage stressful situations professionally while multitasking.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and properly lift infants for infant and young toddler teachers.
Background check eligibility (CBR).
