Job Overview ForeFront Simulator Solutions is looking for a skilled and versatile Punch List Crew Member to join our innovative construction team. This is a hands‑on role that requires someone who takes pride in the final product—completing finishing work such as painting, drywall, trim, minor electrical, and plumbing. If you're a dependable multi‑trade professional with a keen eye for detail and love wrapping up projects with precision, this role was made for you!

Key Responsibilities
Complete punch list tasks on residential and commercial simulator installation projects.
Perform high‑quality painting, drywall patching, and texture work.
Install and repair baseboards, molding, trim, and other finish carpentry.
Handle basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets).
Use hand and power tools to complete work efficiently and safely.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store materials/tools.
Communicate progress and punch list completion to supervisors and project managers.
Travel to installation sites across the U.S., occasionally requiring overnight stays.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support project delivery as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction punch list or finishing roles.
Proficiency in painting, drywall, trim, and other finish trades.
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
Detail‑oriented and quality‑driven in every aspect of work.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to lift materials, work on your feet, and travel as required.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience in cabinetry, light carpentry, or custom installs.
Comfort with technology (tablets, mobile apps, or job tracking software).
Certification in trades such as electrical or plumbing is a plus.
