REQ\_78267We’re looking for a motivated **Watchmaker Apprentice** to join our team in **Brentwood, TN!** If you’re passionate about watches and eager to learn in a supportive, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your skills under the guidance of experienced watchmakers.Key Responsibilities* Change batteries and service cases without damaging components* Perform pressure tests and basic movement replacements* Replace crystals and pins, ensuring structural quality and fit* Keep work areas, tools, dials, and hands clean and dust-free* Identify parts needed for repair using case and movement numbersQuality Control* Inspect completed work to ensure proper function, finish, and water resistance* Verify timekeeping and repair accuracy* Ensure all watches are clean, damage-free, and meet company standardsQualifications* High school diploma or equivalent* Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills* Ability to work with small, delicate components* Previous watch experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer* Hands-on training and mentorship* Career growth opportunities* A collaborative, learning-focused environmentIf you’re ready to start your career in watchmaking, we’d love to hear from you!We have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
