Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is located at 192 Jade Trail N, Lake Elmo, MN 55042, USA. We opened in spring 2021 and offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in our 95‑unit apartment‑style community. Shifts Available:
Full Time PM (2pm‑10pm), Full Time NOC (10pm‑6am) every other weekend included.
HHA Wage:
$17–$22 per hour CNA Wage:
$19–$24 per hour
Shift Differential:
$1 PM, $2 Overnight
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to all residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
