Some incumbents may not perform all the duties listed while in other cases related duties may also be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.*1. Vacuum carpets and sweep, dust and mop floors.2. Spot clean floor coverings, walls, doors and window glass. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.3. Empty and reline wastebaskets.4. Clean drinking fountains.5. Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.6. Pick up trash and refuse and deposit in appropriate containers.7. Assist during emergency situations or hazardous conditions.8. Assist custodians as assigned.9. Assist set-ups as assigned.10. Perform related duties as required.**Minimum Qualifications:***The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities.*1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Valid driver's license or equivalent with an acceptable driving record.3. Manual dexterity.4. Physical ability to lift and carry safely a minimum of 50 pounds.5. Must be able to work at all locations as assigned.**Preferred Qualifications:**1. Completion of high school diploma or equivalent with six months or more of direct experience.2.
