The Position In this Production Laborer position, you will be operating machinery and performing tasks in a manufacturing setting in order to safely craft concrete products. These products serve to transform the landscape of residential and commercial properties all over the world. And you will have a hand in making that happen.
The work environment is fast-paced and over time a high level of expertise can be developed along with the ability to spot and correct errors. Ideal candidateswill have a strong sense of safety and the ability to perform all tasks in a safe, proficient manner , while understanding the importance of delivering a high quality, finished product .
This shift is from 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required depending on the production and overall company business needs.
We are offering a
$500 SIGN ON BONUS
, payable after 6 months of service!
In this role, some of the duties you will perform are:
Clean and prep empty molds for filling
Operate controls on concrete pouring machinery to fill molds
Remove excess concrete from molds for a clean finish
Inspect for quality related issues as it relates the molds and forms
Ensure products are being filled to the proper heights and cleaned thoroughly
Clean all equipment and machines
Learn and perform other production related duties as needed
*Requirements include being on your feet for long periods and being able to lift objects in excess of 50 lbs.
