Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers incompliance with all Company and health department standards andpolicies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation,Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assignedoutlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe workenvironment. Responsible for processing transactions using the Company'sP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Ensure that thebar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Must have cash handling experience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
