What You’ll Do as an Activities Aide
Lead fun group and one‑on‑one activities with residents
Talk, laugh, and build meaningful connections with residents
Help plan games, crafts, music, events, and social programs
Set up, organize, and clean up activity supplies and spaces
Escort residents safely to and from activity areas
Track attendance and participation in daily activities
Support the Activities Director and Recreation team
What We’re Looking For
Positive, energetic, and friendly attitude
Comfortable interacting with seniors and groups
Reliable and consistent with scheduling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn — we provide training
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with activities, recreation, childcare, or customer service is a plus (not required)
