Operate a dish‑washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. Maintain sanitary food prep and service areas, empty garbage, and sweep/mop kitchen floors. Responsible for overall kitchen cleanliness. Assist with prep as needed. About Us
