Job#: 3017081 Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of critical tasks. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions. Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Conduct research, gather information, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service. Experience Required

6–10 years of administrative support experience, ideally in a fast-paced or team-oriented environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
