Job Description
We are looking for a Server at
Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar . As an Applebee's Server, you will be the guests' first and last impression—friendly, making recommendations, and anticipating the needs of the guest. You must be at least 18 years old, effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact. The health, safety and well-being of our employees is our top priority. Physical Standards: You must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. You will transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). You must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff, wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, and face coverings or masks throughout the shift, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
