Responsibilities
As a Prep Cook your job includes: Preparing food to OTB Specifications
Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements
Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen
Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift
