Resort Housekeeping Supervisor

As our Resort Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers, ensuring rental units, bath houses, offices, and meeting areas are clean and properly maintained.
Seasonal Position : April - October 2026
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate team member selection and development, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Inspect and approve the team’s work performance.
Place orders for cleaning materials as needed and maintain budget guidelines.
Obtain pricing and place orders to ensure supplies for rentals are adequately stocked.
Ensure all operations and safety procedures are properly followed.
Respond to guests’ inquiries and complaints regarding resort housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
Job Qualifications
1-year prior housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work.
Knowledge of safety measures when using cleaning chemicals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Basic computer proficiency, including the use of email, the internet, and Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands
– Regular standing, sitting or walking for extended periods; lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds; variable weekly hours based on occupancy and staffing.
