Pay Rate: Drivers make $99K–109K gross per year
Sign‑on Bonus up to $10K (depending on experience)
Dispatch 3rd shift

What You’ll Do
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and customer premises
Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications You’ll Bring
At least 21 years old
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
At least 1 year (or 50,000 verifiable miles) of tractor‑trailer driving experience
Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely
