A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
Pride in providing excellent client care and customer service
Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback
Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors
Clear background check and references
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
CPR and First Aid certification (or complete within first 30 days of employment)

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Stamina to stand, sit, and engage in physical activities for extended periods.
Visual and auditory acuity to monitor clients’ well‑being.
Non‑Medical Care (Toileting, Bathing, Dressing, Ambulation, Transportation, Meal Prep, Hands‑On Feeding, Companionship, Transferring, Lifting, and more)
Working Hours
Working hours may vary based on the needs of the client. This role may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
