Provide excellent customer service Assist customers with bakery purchases, clean shelving and display cases Clean, fill, and rotate self-serve displays in the front of the store and adjacent to the bakery Work with customers to take special orders Coordinate with the Baker to determine items to bake or decorate Support department cleanliness, including cleaning floors as needed Uphold safety and food-handling standards in the bakery area What You’ll Bring
Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the general public and co-workers Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos Write simple correspondence Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings Apply common sense to carry out detailed but straightforward instructions Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds Nice to Have
Basic PC/Outlook skills Retail Management Certificate Requirements and Compliance
