Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
Follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists
Own What You See
Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage & boxes to the dumpster or designated area
Stay in Sync
Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
Make It Personal
Take pride in keeping the heart of the restaurant running smoothly
Help create a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and teammates
Add a Touch
Go beyond cleaning by helping with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
Keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
What You Will Bring
At least 18 years of age
Previous restaurant experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
