Pay Breakdown Training Pay (First 46 Weeks):
$650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade:
$1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay (Post-Training):
$0.43–$0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay:
$15 per stop once upgraded
Equipment:
Assigned late-model automatic tractor after solo qualification
Route & Schedule Details OTR Schedule:
12–14 days out followed by a 34-hour home reset
Freight Type:
No-touch dry van
Load Types:
Drop & hook and live load/unload
Running Area:
48-state OTR after training
Home Base:
Houston, TX metro region
