Description The Hilton Austin Airport is looking for a
friendly and energetic Server
to join our team. Whether you're an experienced server or just starting out, this role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer service and fun go hand-in-hand.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and suggest menu items and specials.
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
Ensure product quality before serving.
Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
Operate POS systems (MICROS) for accurate billing.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
Assist servers and in-room dining attendants as needed.
Handle cash and declare tips per IRS standards.
Honor all guest requests with a “Yes is the answer” attitude.
Benefits
This position will pay $10.00 per hour plus tips to start, with scheduled annual increases.

Requirements
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs.

Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures.
