Overview A Merchandiser is responsible for stocking store shelves and cold boxes/coolers with fresh products. Starting salary $17/hr and a sign‑on bonus of $500 after 6 months of continuous employment.
Responsibilities
Maintain fresh products by stocking, rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, and displays, adhering to all quality and rotation policies.
Build displays and execute placement of signage and other merchandising items.
Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized; notify manager of any product breakage.
Maintain a professional rapport and image with store personnel and customers.
Adhere to current route and make all scheduled calls.
Exhibit high integrity, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry is helpful.
Physical exertion required: lifting 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling kegs.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; keep auto insurance coverage at minimum amount required by company and state law.
Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment to sell alcohol in Kansas.
