Pool/Swim Instructor
Arcis Golf – The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, Snoqualmie, WA
Responsibilities
Support the execution of pool/swim programs specific to the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge.
Teach group classes to members.
Perform one‑on‑one private sessions.
Develop swim program designs for guests to continue their swim routines.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of equipment and facility.
Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations.
Perform special projects delegated by management.
Stay updated on latest developments pertinent to the department and location.

American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification.
Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; high school diploma, GED, or ability to obtain a work permit.
Proven instructor skills and demonstrated outstanding customer service.
Willingness to learn and perform new fitness programs; excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
Flexibility with schedule, with evenings and weekend work required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands Regularly required to exercise, move, jump, stand, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; frequently required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; occasionally required to sit, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Vision: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment Noise level is usually loud; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
Compensation Wages: $19 base pay + commissions for private swim lessons
Pay range: $17.13 – $30.00
