What You’ll Be Working On
Ensure exceptional service to donors daily.
Demonstrate core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, safety.
Essential Job Functions
Interact with donors positively.
Always greet donors in friendly manner wearing full GreenDrop uniform.
Engage in conversation while acquiring donations via the bin.
Assist donors with donations and help unload their vehicles.
Use tablet holder to record donor information.
Assist truck driver during donation pick‑ups.
Organize donations in the stock room.
Maintain cleanliness of the site.
Fill supply orders.
Other duties assigned by manager.
Must be on‑site during working hours.
Operate with or without reasonable accommodations.
What You Have
Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Desire to provide outstanding service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
Ability to work outside under varying seasonal conditions.
Positive mindset, punctual, sense of urgency, initiative.
Strong communication with donors, co‑workers, and management.
Minimum Age Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
FLSA Hourly
