Gravity Haus
Position: Cook II – AM Line Cook at Gravity Haus
Locations: Olympic Valley, CA and Truckee, CA
Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour plus tips
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Support cross‑training efforts and collaborate with other team members.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
1–2 years of professional cooking experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Food Handler’s certification (or ability to obtain).
Work Environment
Stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
Lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Work in hot, cold, and humid environments.
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
