Salary Range $46,000 - $64,500
Note for Salary This is the range within which SRNS expects the majority of qualified candidates would enter this role if offered. Actual offers may be more or less than the amounts shown depending on candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other factors.
Job Family Description Training personnel design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge, and ensure required qualifications, of employees within the organization. They assess training needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate workshops or training sessions tailored to specific learning objectives. Additionally, they evaluate training outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Discipline Description Training Records Coordinator/Administrative Support personnel provide timely delivery of services, including receiving, opening, performing quality checks, performing data entry, sorting, and filing a variety of documents and records. They establish and maintain filing systems; operate computers; create new employee records; establish and maintain logs; create and track material requisitions; reserve classrooms; schedule audits; archive inactive employee records; schedule and cancel classes; process and verify employee training qualifications; maintain class attendance rosters, examinations, and a variety of other documents, along with records transmittals. They provide key statistical data, updates reports, and conduct research that is essential to organizational success.
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Under direct supervision, using approved training materials, delivers classroom and on-the-job training to provide employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs safely and competently.
Performs training administration in support of training functions as necessary.
May assist in revising or developing of training materials.
Register personnel for classes in LMS.
Process cancellation/substitutions and notify employees and their managers. If appropriate follow the Site Training policy for being excused from class.
Provide information to employees when prerequisites are not met and follow up if prerequisite class(es) are not scheduled to avoid an incomplete status.
Provide reports, such as 30/60/90-day, Qualification status, No-show and Training scheduled reports to management, as requested.
Track and verify personnel training to ensure qualifications are met.
Ensure qualification standards are properly established and maintained in LMS per 4B Procedure 2 section 5.
Ensure qualification cards are established and maintained accurately.
Make proper notifications regarding personnel assignments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications.
SRS Records management experience.
Highly efficient organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
