Shuttle Driver
The Shuttle Driver at Boyne Mountain Resort is responsible for responding to guest requests for on‑property shuttle service in a prompt and courteous manner. You will be a member of a team that offers ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare and more. Work Where You Love To Play! at Boyne Mountain Resort. Respond to guests’ requests for on‑property shuttle service Operate the vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy Oversee shuttle bus cleanliness and report mechanical issues to the supervisor or vehicle maintenance manager Provide guests with daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property in a courteous manner Provide superior customer service to guests at all times Answer questions and provide directions Qualifications
At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Interested in a guest‑service position with excellent communication skills and friendly interaction with guests Valid Michigan driver’s license; CDL license preferred but not required Seniority level
