Overview
Our Burkburnett, TX Fiber Glass Systems manufacturing location is seeking motivated individuals to join our Global Family for immediate job opportunities in our Molded Fittings Department. These
Day SHIFT manufacturing positions are routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm .
This position is located in
Burkburnett, TX , and plays an integral role in ensuring Safe and Quality final finishing of NOV Fittings before shipment to our customers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Operates any equipment needed to perform job.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
Utilize safe work habits.
Wear appropriate PPE.
Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures.
Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
Standing up to 12 hours daily
Walking up to 12 hours daily
Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
Travel less than 10%
Education & Experience Qualifications
Three years of verifiable work experience preferred
Ability to obtain internal forklift license preferred
Ability to meet the requirements of the department Day shift routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations
