Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta)
to join our service team in the
Phoenix, AZ
area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of
Phoenix
and surrounding areas. PAID training is included. Essential Job Duties
Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.) Providing high‑quality technical support to our customer base Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction Developing options to solve unusual problems Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations Qualifications
Mechanical and Electrical Mindset Experience or training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or other manufacturers is a plus Strong computer knowledge is a plus Benefits
