Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

paid or volunteer
experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).

Schedule & Pay
Hours: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm
Work setting – you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
Daily pay access available
Compensation: $21-$28/hr
We’ll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification – earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED completed
6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer – babysitting counts)
Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
Willingness to pass background and health checks
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Successful completion of mandatory training: New‑Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. Pass exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician
A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
What You’ll Do
Help kids learn through play: teach new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions through fun games or activities
Be a positive role model: encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day
Stay active: move around, play, and engage throughout sessions
Keep things organized: track what you worked on and how the child did (we’ll train you on this)
Support families: be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope
