Description
We are seeking a reliable individual who is able to work independently and possesses good customer service skills. 35 Hours/Week. Duties will include but are not limited to common area cleaning, apartment turnover cleaning, and grounds care/yard work. This position qualifies for our benefits program and competitive salary.
Schedule : Day shift, Monday to Friday
Work Location : In person
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including common area cleaning and apartment turnover cleaning.
Conduct grounds care and yard work as required.
Contribute to a positive customer service experience for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Reliable, with the ability to work independently.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to perform cleaning and grounds maintenance duties.
